Perhaps the only disadvantage of CanadaPetCare.com the website is that it has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau right now. This means that people who are new to the website may find it disconcerting to purchase here due to the low rating provided to them. Although they can always read CanadaPetcare reviews from other websites, they will still be a bit hesitant because of this.

Run; Run; Run!!!! They have a “Canadian” website; but they are based in the U.K.; NOWHERE on their website do they state this; so you THINK that you are paying in Canadian dollars, but you are in fact paying in U.S. dollars. So some of the other reviews stating counterfeit products is probably not a far stretch ……. So I cancelled my order and hopefully will get my refund. So some of my star ratings won’t be accurate because I never received the product to review and test it.
THEY SUCK. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH CANADA. THEY ARE FROM OUT OF THE UK VIA AFRICA. SHIPPING TAKES FOREVER AND YOUR PETS HEALTH LIES IN THE WAIT. THEY SUCK MAKING YOU BELIEVE THEY ARE FROM THE NORTH AMERICAN CONTINENT. IT IS DONE PURPOSLY TO MISSLEAD YOU. THEY ARE BONIFIDE ASS HOLES
CROOKS & counterfeit medications!!
Avoid this “company” like the plague. I placed an online order and ten minutes later I cancelled it and received an email stating that I would receive a full refund within 3-5 days. I never got the refund. I have contacted “Jacob” (a supervisor from Canada Pet Care) several times over the last few weeks and was told that the refund was processed on the same day, when in fact, the money was removed from my account five days AFTER I placed the order. MasterCard is currently fighting to get my refund, but I’m fairly certain I will never see that $60 again. Canada Pet Care (which runs from Mauritius, not Canada!) is not legitimate!
Note: The reason I cancelled my order was that I learned immediately after ordering that the medicine was NOT what I’ve had my cat on for the last five years. The company admitted that the box “might look a little different” due to the product being sent from the UK. I contacted Bayer and asked them about this and was told that should not be the case if it isn’t a counterfeit product, because this drug is manufactured in the USA and has to undergo FDA regulations.
Order took over a month to get, I was sapose to get Advantage Multi but instead it says advocate on the box. So how the fuck am I sapose to know if this is safe for my cats? The guy I talked to was in the U.K, and the product was shipped from Germany, not sure what to think.
Stay away. Ordered flea medicine for our puppy over 2 months ago. Had a chat session with them today where I was told to wait another two weeks. I told them to cancel and refund. 10 weeks is way to long to wait, and thats only if it actually shows up. I had inquired about my order 2 weeks ago and was told I would receive it in 10 days. So today, 14 days later they are telling me another 2 weeks?
They are saying its do to the corona virus. I understand there may be some delays… a week, 2 weeks, maybe 3 or 4 weeks, but now maybe 12 weeks? Doesn’t pass the smell test. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
It’s Kevin who left this post earlier, I did find out that Advantage Multi is now called Advocate. Everything is legit the shipping was just slow.
This is incorrect Kevin Multi is still Multi if purchased from a legitimate Canadian source. Advocate is what the product is called in Australia and probably other countries. not legal to ship or import this prescription medication, if they have no problem breaking the law for profit then why should anybody trust the authenticity of their product when it comes to the health of their animal.
Horrible customer service, slow delivery and auto delivery is not dependable!
their products come from Singapore at least the ones I bought. I would want to know this fact. also, you will receive your order10-14 business days after it is shipped then I am told refund after 21 days which is found odd. they did not ship mine after I paid for it on a Sunday for four more days, never the less it has been 17 days should be here tonight but I never ever would have placed this order if I had known it was coming from Singapore. and not it is not because I hate Singapore it is because I needed it in a timely manner. which in our emails they can’t seem to grasp this concept. if I had known I would have just gone to my vet and bought this product.
