Horrible customer service, website not working correctly and says I am not active. Then try and order something with new email they say error, order cannot be done BUT STILL CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD 287$
I was signed up for VIP membership without my knowledge or consent. The website automatically checks a box to sign you up when you make ANY purchase so if you are not vigilant then you get signed up and your card gets charged $50.00/month. Very sneaky and unethical – they are fooling people with their VIP only prices by crossing out regular prices and presenting sales as sitewide but they are really only for VIP. In short – do NOT shop here. VERY dissatisfied. They have taken too much of my money for comfort.
