I appreciate the opportunity to ask questions even if I do not get the answer I want. But one must keep in mind everyone’s education and environmental influences are different
All of a sudden I had a problem with the paper drawer in my expensive copier. I looked around the internet and found Just Answer. Never used them before. They took my money and then I got Joseph.. Told him the problem and then these are his words.—-
I would make sure the tray is level with some force pull it open.
Ok, can you push the back of the drawer?
Ok, completely remove it and examine the guides.
How do you know it wasn’t already broken?
Ok, well you said it was stuck and I simply offered another way to get it moving.

Today, _______, I called and I got agent Joseph _______, bad “tech” support.
He told me to force out a copier drawer. Could not pull out from the front, so he said push out from the back. I looked first and could not see anything blocking. So, I forced out drawer, and the inside drawer guide broke.
This is the tech support you provide………………..dummies.
He then said since I was not happy with him, he would have another tech take over. No one got back to take over. Some service.
Now that your tech had me break my drawer on the copier, the drawer costs $116.02 plus shipping and tax.
How do you want to proceed?

Do not use this company. They will try and trick you into their monthly billing and then will not give you a refund. Stay away!
I was having a problem with my Kawasaki Mule and I asked a question and received an answer very promptly. BUT BEWARE – they charge you $ 5.00 and this is for a trial 7 day membership. If you don’t cancel in 7 days they charge you $34.00 per month until you cancel. This was not clear to me and I got the first $ 34.00 charge. I explained to them that it was not clear and that I did not intend to join and they told me they would not give me a refund. First and last time I use these guys
Just answer is a scam. And a rip off
I have 3 major complaints and having paid my $5 I should be able to voice my feedback. 1. The technicians, who do not speak fluent English, really do not read the questions. 2. The Technicians know no more about the Samsung S10 android phone than I do. They just send you UTube videos, with ads, some in a foreign language, hoping it will work. 3. This IS a scam when the bait is a cheap and easy answer and the switch is the upcharges to actually get a tech to talk to you. I’m going to Best Buy and pay the Geek fee.
Absolutely fake. Searched an acutal assignment and it came up with all these loading screens that looked too perfect, asked me to surveys to get $100 gift cards or some shit. Then I searched “ndqkjbkfwbqdljkqw” or something then it did the same exact thing, saying it “Found my assignment”, and that “67 students” verified as 100% accurate, then asked me if I ate at fucking KFC to “Verify my PC.”
Just answer is the most underhanded consulting scam ever seen. Now with everyone trying to get their hand in you pocket, they have found the perfect way. I attempted to ask ????? for a dollar, Backed out, then it became $5.00. Then $28.00, then ????, I think about $50.00. Missed the e-mail and was billed $65.00
and was told,firmly, NO REFUNDS POSSIBLE…… We have your money and you aint gonna get even a whiff. Wish I could give them a whiff of what I think they are, but my dog would be pissed. Everything you want to ask, there’s a way for free. Don’t subsidize this scam. Jim Hayes and LOLA(my rottie pup)
I used JustAnswer.com in June of 2020. They were helpful with my question. My trial ended June 17th. IT is now July 21, and they charged me already TWICE FOR $50 ($100 total)and they are refusing to refund the second charge even though I used their service just ONE TIME. Be very wary of ANY COMPANY THAT IS UNWILLING TO REFUND UNUSED FEES!

FOLLOW UP… i spoke with a rep earlier today… asked to speak with a manager whom they said would call me back in 25 minutes… it’s been an hour and a half… no call back.
be wary of using justanswer.com .. they don’t seem to be acting like a customer-appreciating company.

rip me off of over 200.00 dollars
I was in Florida, phone went dead, searched for advise, came across Just Answer, it said $1 — I did not catch the Intro information and that I would get charge $65 on my credit card if I did not cancel in 7 days, did not use them, found my answer at Batteries Plus, called and cancelled today when I found the charge on my credit card, they cancel at the end of the month and keep my $65, I have no use for them, so be careful and read the whole script so you do not loss money like I did.
justanswer is a scam, they tell you it will be $1, then they wanted $50. I was talking to a Dr. Cindy, then a Baisil emailed me. I have been waiting for a phone call that I have never received. Please do not use their services you will lose your money
