Had to remind them about my order. Once I inquired why my order hasn’t shipped 8 business days after ordering, I conveniently received an email saying it was shipped but tracking information wasn’t available for another few days. To me, that says ‘whoops, we dropped the ball on this one so lets send the shipping confirmation before actually sending the items.’ Order showed up 3+ weeks later. I ordered women’s one-size-fits-all socks and they fit my men’s size 13 feet. Emailed them asking if I accidentally ordered the mens and 6 days later they responded saying men’s and women’s socks are the same size. This company is rather unorganized and unreliable from my point of view.
Brought items from look human.(1st time buyer,) Shirt online look nice and white .logo look nice online. But my shirt that suppose to be white look very faded along with the logo. Look as if I had this shirt for a very long time.by washing it and drying it every day And it lost it color. It just take one time for me. And I’m done with any business or company. These item’s were gift. I feel embarrassed to give this as a gift to my own family member.
I ordered a shirt and then several more the next day. I contacted customer service about it, because if I had ordered them together, I would have gotten free shipping. Even though they already started printing my first order, they still refunded my shipping charges! Not only that, but I had a “West 2020″ shirt in my order. After recent events (Kanye West supporting Trump), I hastily contacted them to question a return. It was too late, but they exchanged it for a different shirt and told me to ” keep, gift, recycle, donate or burn” the other one on receipt. I appreciate the humor and fast response. Thank you!
I wish I could give it a -1… I purchased a few items over this year, and last week I got hit with a $1K charge on my American Express Card… called customer service and got nowhere, had to leave a voicemail and still no call back 24 hours later; I tried to email but also got nothing! BE AWARE! FRAUD!
Horrible company!!! The sizes are waaaaay too small…the size chart said 50″ chest, but it was a 36″chest. The print was not even centered on the shirt, and they expected me to return their crappy product at my expense! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
