I tried 2 different Social CBD Capsules, which did seem to help with my ADHD symptoms. In the morning I’d take the Boost Social CBD Caps and I did feel a little boost of energy and was more focused with my work online. At night, I would take the Rest Social CBD Caps and could feel calmer within an hour once I could feel it kick in, and was able to relax my mind before bed.
