This company is a complete rip off…they ship to you from New York but have you return any sneakers to Sweden…yeah I said Sweden. They say they offer refunds but it costs you half the cost of the sneakers to ship them… avoid this company like the plaque… they will make it impossibly expensive to return and their retail prices are way over what the actual suggested retail price…their raffles are fixed and offer the same people the new release shoes… just best to avoid!!!
Sending wrong sizes, that not even exist in the page with the product and then they blame the customer. But when you have snapped pictured of the page with date of order where you can see all the sizes that are possible to buy, they stop answering to your messages. Bad bad shop. Don’t buy anything from them!
I ordered a pair of Nike’s from Sneakersnstuff, and when they arrived they were clearly in Men’s sizes -I was led to believe online when I bought them that they were women’s. When I requested return instructions and to be refunded for shipping due to their website not specifying the size category, they refused. I paid for shipping again to return them and it has now been three weeks and I have no refund. I contacted them 4 days ago asking for a status update. They told me they can’t locate my return and requested the tracking number which I immediately provided. Still nothing. Not even a response. Do not do business with this company.
Ordered shoes which arrived on time. However the size was wrong. I ordered UK size 5 and they sent me US size 5 which is small.
Their site says free returns but it turns out that it only applies for Sweden. This is covered in the very small print of the user agreement. If you want to exchange or return for refund you must pay to return. That is about $50.00 via USPS.
They will pay if they make a mistake in the order or if the merchandise is damaged – so they say.
I sent two emails which they did not answer and ended up having to make an international call (thank heaven for SKYPE). Bottom line – Judge for yourself and Buyer beware!
